UDU loves getting outdoors and keeping fit and healthy, and we think it’s an important activity to share and help other people enjoy as well. So we have designed an activity for our fitness lovers through to people just wanting to get their days exercise done somewhere different and interesting!

We appreciate that everyone has a different running pace, style and length so we start running 10km, 5km and 2km from the finish line. But even better, we provide transport from the city into the long Royal National Park road, which means we can drop you off at any length! So if you think 8km, 6km or 1km is more the run you’re after, we can drop you off anywhere along the way.
As groups of runners come through the finish line they will find themselves at the beautiful Wattamolla, where the picturesque beach and national park bush lands provide that great vision to run towards. Here we will have healthy refreshments set up.
Whilst our runners cool down they can stretch it out on the beautiful Wattamolla beach, take a swim in the ocean or fresh river stream and relax.
After our cool down periods a beautiful gourmet lunch will be provided to refuel the tank and get you prepared for our next adventure!
For those who want to extend their day, short guided bushwalks and extended guided bushwalks will be on offer, so that you can really be rewarded by incredible views, see cliff faces and interesting rock formations, as well as native flora and fauna.
We then head back to the city, and are only a short bus ride away.
The best part about this experience is its flexibility! You can opt to undertake in the longer 10km run, cool down and finish your day just after lunch, or you can join us for a long bushwalk soon after lunch, or really enjoy your cool down period and have a swim, and then join us for a great short bushwalk before heading home, its up to you!
