The Royal National Park is home to rich aboriginal history and culture, and UDU’s Royal National Park Cultural tour is designed to educate and let you explore the history behind our native aborigines and the land. UDU makes sure you get the most out of your experience, and not only educates you on the cultural history, but lets you experience it first hand with multiple cultural activities for an all round cultural experience.
THE CULTURAL EXPERIENCE
The experience begins right from the pick up point, where your UDU specialist guide will begin with a quick tour overview and an introduction to the history of the area.
Once we arrive at the Royal NP we begin to learn more about the Dharawal lands and make our way to aboriginal rock art dating back around 2000 years ago.
For a real cultural immersion UDU will organise a range of cultural experiences for you to try along the way, so we provide opportunities for bush tucker tasting, boomerang and spear throwing and dreamtime stories. UDU will also bring out the didgeridoos and ochre paint so that the we can dance and celebrate the beauty of the nature and the cultural past it holds.
MORE ACTIVITIES
UDU wants to make sure you get the most out of your day, so always provides opportunities for you to add other activities to your day for a fuller experience;
- swimming
- extended bush walks
- Royal NP sightseeing
- birdwatching and nature walks
