ITINERARY

  • UDU will pick you up in our comfortable bus and introduce you to the days itinerary and some background on the Hunter Valley region on our way.
  • When we arrive we begin the day with some wine tasting and nibbles from a boutique wine in the lower Hunter Valley region of Pokolbin. We get a behind the scenes idea of how individual specialist wine estates run and make the perfect drop.
  • Experiencing another winery on the way to lunch we see some of the larger wineries in the region and learn about the different wine awards and why the Hunter region holds so many of them!
  • We then sit down for a professional gourmet lunch where seasoned chef’s and wine experts will help you pick the perfect wines to go with your food and teach you why they compliment each other so well.
  • We visit some of the oldest estates in the Hunter Valley and learn about the real roots of the region before starting a very relaxed drive home.
